Hong Kong Erotic Massage Guide (Best Streets and Rates)

Hong Kong is a financial hub and business destination. But what if you’re in the mood for something more exciting?

That’s where this erotic massage guide comes in to show you where to go to get a Nuru massage, Lingam massage, or just a happy ending.

The easiest place for foreigners is Tsim Sha Tsui, but other areas offer a similar erotic experience but much cheaper. Those parts are unknown to foreigners, popular among locals, but you can visit and be welcomed.

You can also get an erotic massage in the comfort of your room, as many Spas offer outcall services.

Before getting into the specific areas, let’s talk about prices so you won’t get ripped off.

Prices For A Happy Ending Massage in HK

A basic local massage can still cost around HK$300–600, but the dedicated erotic spas are considerably more expensive.

As a rough guide:

  • Regular oil/body massage: HK$300–600
  • Sensual / happy-ending massage: around HK$600–1,000 at smaller local parlors
  • Nuru / body-to-body massage: usually HK$1,500–2,200
  • Tantric / Lingam-style massage: around HK$1,800–2,500+
  • Prostate massage: around HK$2,500–3,500
  • Four-hand massage: around HK$3,000–4,000+
  • Outcall: normally another HK$500 or included in a higher package price

Erotic Massage Prices in Hong Kong

The premium end can get expensive quickly. Soul Spa in Tsim Sha Tsui, for example, currently lists 60-minute Lingam treatment at HK$1,800, prostate treatment at HK$2,800 and four-hand massage at HK$3,200.

So don’t assume every “massage” in Hong Kong is a cheap HK$500 happy ending.

  • Note: There are basically two different markets: small local massage shops where extras may be negotiated privately, and dedicated erotic spas selling Nuru, Tantric, Lingam, and similar treatments as complete packages.

The Best Erotic Massage Areas in Hong Kong

Certain areas in HK offer all sorts of sexual entertainment, but here I’m focusing on the erotic massage parlors only.

I occasionally mention my favorite places, but keep in mind that sometimes they get shut down by police or relocate.

Tsim Sha Tsui (Best Overall for Nuru & Erotic Massage)

Tsim Sha Tsui – Best Overall for Nuru & Erotic Massage

If you don’t want to waste time figuring everything out, start in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The erotic Spas here actually cater to foreigners. They have websites, WhatsApp numbers, female profiles, and staff who can communicate in English.

You also have several famous places within a few minutes’ walk that offer Nuru massage services.

One of the easiest to find is Butterfly Spa on Cameron Road. And then there is Soul Spa around Minden Road, which is my favorite specializing in Nuru, Tantric, and other sensual massages.

Hot Massage Girls on Tsim Sha Tsui

  • Prices

A normal 60-minute treatment starts around HK$1,600–1,800 depending on what you choose, while the specialty treatments go past HK$3,000. Outcall generally adds HK$500.

  • Girls

In this area, you will find Chinese, Thai, and other Asian masseuses. They are younger than what you find in the cheap local parlors farther north in Kowloon.

  • Locations

The best area is the rectangle around Kimberley Road, Cameron Road, Carnarvon Road, Minden Road and Nathan Road.

Mong Kok (Cheap Happy Ending Massage Parlors)

Orange mark on the map

Mong Kok – Cheaper Local Happy Ending Massage

Don’t come to Mong Kok expecting polished Nuru Spas with English websites and fancy treatment menus.

This is a low-quality red-light area with erotic massage parlors, one-woman flats, and other adult businesses (check out my red light district area in HK).

There are plenty of completely legitimate Thai and Chinese massage shops here too. So don’t walk into every place assuming sexual services are included.

The erotic places tend to be much more low-key than TST. You normally pay for an oil or body massage and discuss anything extra separately.

  • Prices

Expect roughly HK$600–800 total for a basic local massage with an extra, although prices can vary depending on the girl and shop.

  • Girls

The girls are mostly Mainland Chinese and local Chinese, with Thai women also fairly common in massage shops.

Looks vary a lot. Some places have attractive women in their 20s and 30s, while others are clearly targeting older local customers and have women in their 30s and 40s.

This is why walking around and checking a few places makes more sense than taking the first offer.

  • Locations

The interesting section is around Portland Street, Soy Street, Dundas Street, Shanghai Street and the southern end of Tung Choi Street.

Yau Ma Tei & Jordan (Small Upstairs Massage Shops)

Yau Ma Tei & Jordan – Small Upstairs Massage Shops

Keep walking south on Portland Street from Mong Kok, and you’ll eventually enter Yau Ma Tei.

The adult massage parlors operate from tiny upstairs operations in buildings with only a handful of rooms.

I wouldn’t travel across Hong Kong specifically for Yau Ma Tei if I were already staying near TST. But if you’re around Jordan or Mong Kok, it’s worth exploring.

  • Prices

Prices are generally similar to Mong Kok, with HK$500–900 being a reasonable amount to carry for the simpler local experience.

  • Girls

The women are mostly Chinese and Thai. Quality is hit or miss, and you’ll see more mature masseuses here than in TST.

  • Locations

The best area to look is around Portland Street near Yau Ma Tei MTR, Nathan Road and the northern end of Temple Street toward Jordan.

Lockhart Road (Cleaner but Less Interesting)

Lockhart Road – Cleaner but Less Interesting

Causeway Bay has a huge number of Spas and massage shops. Compared with Mong Kok, the surroundings are much nicer.

You’ll find modern commercial buildings, private rooms and more professional reception areas. Prices also reflect that.

What you don’t get is the same concentration of obvious adult-oriented massage businesses as Tsim Sha Tsui.

This makes Causeway Bay more useful if you’re already staying on Hong Kong Island and don’t want to cross the harbour.

  • Prices

For a basic sensual massage, budget around HK$800–1,200, while more specialized appointments can easily move above HK$1,500.

  • Girls

Expect more Chinese and Thai masseuses and generally better English than the cheapest Kowloon parlors.

  • Locations

Around Lockhart Road, Percival Street, Jaffe Road and the streets behind Times Square.

Sham Shui Po (Cheapest but Very Local)

Green on the map

Sham Shui Po – Cheapest but Very Local

Sham Shui Po is the bottom end of the Hong Kong massage market. There are happy-ending places here, but foreigners aren’t really the target market.

Even Hong Kong locals commonly identify Sham Shui Po alongside Mong Kok as one of the areas where massage shops offering extras are common.

The main attraction is price. Rooms are basic, English is poor, and many of the women are above 40 years old.

I would only recommend Sham Shui Po if you’re specifically looking for the cheapest local experience.

For an extra few hundred dollars, Mong Kok gives you considerably more choice.

  • Girls

Expect mostly Mainland Chinese women in their 40s and sometimes older, along with the occasional Southeast Asian masseuse.

  • Locations

Look around Apliu Street, Pei Ho Street, Kweilin Street and Cheung Sha Wan Road. You’ll see massage businesses above shops and inside older buildings.

FAQs

  • How to get Nuru massage in Hong Kong

If Nuru is specifically what you’re after, go directly to Tsim Sha Tsui.

Butterfly Spa and Serenity Spa are both around Cameron/Kimberley Road, while Soul Spa operates around Minden Road. There are also smaller specialist operations scattered through the same few blocks.

  • Hong Kong In-Call vs Outcall Massage

Hong Kong also has a surprisingly big outcall massage market.

Outcall makes sense if you’re staying somewhere like Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, Wan Chai or Causeway Bay and don’t want to spend the night searching upstairs buildings.

Just check your hotel’s guest policy first.

Some hotels require visitors to register at reception, while others are considerably more relaxed.

  • What are different erotic massage areas in Hong Kong?

If I had to simplify everything:

  • For Nuru or a higher-quality erotic massage: go to Tsim Sha Tsui.
  • For cheap happy ending massage: go to Mong Kok.
  • For small local upstairs shops: try Yau Ma Tei/Jordan.
  • If you’re already drinking on Hong Kong Island: Wan Chai is convenient.
  • For the cheapest local experience: Sham Shui Po.
