Hostess bars employ girls who offer drink company but also sexual services outside the premises.
The standard procedure involves buying drinks for oneself and a hostess (“lady drinks”). If you want to take a hostess out of the bar for sex, a “bar fine” must be paid to the establishment, followed by a privately negotiated fee with the girl.
