Sukhumvit Area
The majority of the massage shops are located in the Sukhumvit area. It’s easy to get lost here if it’s your first time in Bangkok with so many interconnected roads.

Sukhumvit Soi 4
Sukhumvit Soi 4 is a great spot for anyone looking for sexual massages and blow job bars. It’s located right next to Nana Plaza, one of the city’s most famous red-light districts.

Sukhumvit Soi 11
Sukhumvit Soi 11 is just a short walk from Sukhumvit Soi 4, making it easy to reach if you’re looking for more massage options.
Simply head down Sukhumvit Road, and you’ll find Soi 11 on your left after a few minutes.
It’s the main area where expats and tourists hang out so naturally. There are many massage parlors on this street. The most popular is Cozy Spa.
Take the first right, once you enter the Soi 11 street to get there. The rates are pretty much similar to Soi 4, so is the standard of service.
I’ve pointed out the main street where you’ll find the majority of the parlors on the map.
Sukhumvit Soi 22
To get to Sukhumvit Soi 22 from Soi 11, simply walk a bit further down Sukhumvit Road and take a left into Soi 22.
Turn immediately into the first Alley into the right side, the whole street here is lined up with sex massage parlors.
There are all sorts of erotic experiences, from the minimal 30 minute massage with happy ending, to the Nuru erotic massage to the 2 lady massage.
This small Alley targets the Japanese and Korean clientele, but everyone is welcome.
For something oriented towards Westerners, get out from this Alley, walk down Soi 22 and and take the alley on the left side where you’ll find places like HoneyBee, Bangkok Passion, and Paradise.
It might look scary to walk in during the day, but it’s totally safe. At night the area is more inviting…
All three places are under the same management. So if you don’t like the line up from one shop or you see a girl from another shop that you like, just ask the mamasan to bring her over.
The prices are pretty much the same for all three of the places with body to body massage with handjob for 1,500 baht for 60 mins.
And if you prefer a blowjob instead the price is 1800 baht. Full service costs 2,000 baht which is one of the cheapest in the city.
The girls are also hot with the majority between 25 and 30 years old with a few 40, but they look hot and mature.
Sukhumvit Soi 23 (Asok)
To reach Sukhumvit Soi 23, take the MRT to Sukhumvit Station. From there, walk along Sukhumvit Road, and you’ll reach Soi 23 in just a few minutes.
You’ll find many hand job massage parlors here both left and right with girls catcalling you.
Most girls working here are young and quite attractive, making them hard to resist. The rates start from 1,500 baht for 60 minutes, most are handjob massage parlors.

Sukhumvit Soi 24 and 24/1 (Phrom Phong Area)
You can easily reach Sukhumvit Soi 24 and 24/1 by taking the BTS to Phrom Phong Station.
In the cluster here, you can find many massage shops owned by the Japanese and several barber shops offering extras.
The facilities and room services are really great but these massage parlors are also some of the most expensive. With places like Addict Massage charging as high as 6,000 baht for 2 hours.
If you want more affordable options, just take the alley towards Soi 24/1.
The area has 7-8 parlors, many of which are also Japanese-owned. And while the service is decent, the atmosphere is a bit sleazier.
Just look at how many massage parlors you’ll see on the map alone on both streets.
The issue I’ve encountered is these parlors have only a few girls to choose from. Also they are too submissive for my taste.
Sukhumvit Soi 33 (Tantra and Prostate Massage)
To reach here, you can walk straight from the Phrom Phong BTS Station. You’ll also see Sukhumvit 33/1 on the way.
Soi 33 is home to some upscale Japanese oriented massage parlors, including Daisy Dream Nuru Massage, one of the most luxurious options in the area.
You’ll find girls here in kimono, the prices start from 2,000 baht for 1 shot in their deluxe room.
The rates go up to 10,000 baht depending on the type of service you want and the room.
But bear in mind that these places are also more expensive due to the “VIP experience” they offer.
If you have the budget, I would suggest trying it as the girls at these places are the cream of the crop.
You’ll also find tantra and prostate massage shops in the area if you’re into it.
Patpong
Patpong isn’t exactly known for massage parlors, but I’m including it here because it’s a popular red-light district in Bangkok.
For those staying in the area, you’ll find about 95% of the massage parlors along Si Lom and Surawong roads.
That said, the parlors here aren’t anything to brag about. You might as well bar fine girls from a beer bar or fuck a freelancer for 1,500 baht.
Ratchada & Huai Khwang
The Ratchada area, particularly around Huai Khwang, is known for its night market and variety of soapy massage parlors and draws a more local clientele.
