• Khwuang Flawn (ควันฟาง) in Krabi Town
This local drinking hole with a live band gets busy after 10 pm. It is a music and dancing place for mostly Thais.
If you want to pick up girls, I suggest to come with some local friends.
• Country Club and Restaurant in Ko Lanta
It’s a Thai nightclub with the usual live band, food, and drinks.
3. Pick Up Bars
You have several pick-up bars confine into the same area. So it’s easy to bar hopping around and see what’s on offer.

• Maharaj Road in Krabi City
In Maharaj Road you’ve beer gardens with live music, just 300 meters out from the center (Vouge shopping center) towards the airport.

- Chang Bar Ao-Nang (see photo above) – this is a small bar on the other beach near the night market.
- Upbeat Bar Ao Nang (see photo above) – there is live music and DJs playing a mix of R&B, hip-hop, and dance music. A lot of fun, a very good DJ, and cheap drinks at 100 Bhat.
- Blue Dragon – Drag shows.
• Ko Lanta – Near the Boxing Stadium and Klong Khong Beach
On the main road near the Boxing Stadium, there are a few beer bars clustered together (see photos above): JJ Bar, Night Butterfly Bar, Enjoy Bar, and Boom Boom Bar.
Only 10 minutes away there is also Lucky One Bar which I recommend.
On Klong Khong Beach there are two places with bar girls: Freedom Bar and Reggae Club. Both have good music and girls eager to please.
4. Erotic Massage Parlors
Most of the massage places don’t offer happy endings. But there are a few that offer hand jobs, blow jobs and full sex services off the menu.
Remember that you have to pay 400 Baht for the regular oil massage, and then pay for the extra service as negotiated with the masseur lady.
So these are the places:
• Near Ao Nang Market close to McDonald’s – There are two massage places close to each other that seem regular parlors. But they offer happy endings. They have a private room with a shower.
• Leelawadee Massage P.mook near Khwuang Flawn (ควันฟาง) club – This is the only soapy massage in town offering bath, body-to-body massage and happy ending.
The experience takes 90 minutes and cost 2000 baht or 800 baht for massage and handjob. When I visited the girls were attractive.
• In Ko Lanta near the bar area – There are small massage parlors nearby the bars that offer massage plus sex for 1300 baht. The one I went to is called Babara Massage next to Barbara Bar.
Also, the massage parlor next to Lucky One Bar offers erotic massages.
• In Soi Seebaramee 1 – There are two erotic massage parlors next to each other. You’ll notice them because the girls sitting outside shout at you “sexy man”.
Typical Costs
Entrainment and Companionship: Krabi girl prices aren’t that expensive like in Bangkok and Phuket. The freelancers rented from online platforms will ask for 1500 Baht for all-day companionship and sex.
In erotic massage parlors, the standard rate is 1000 baht for full sex plus the cost of the oil massage which is 300-400 Baht.
The hostess girls working in the pick-up bars cost about 2500 Baht in total which includes a few drinks, bar fine and sexual service.
• Accommodation: If you stay in Krabi, opt for a hotel along Maharaj Road like Peak Boutique Hotel. It cost only 1.000 baht per night and it’s a great stay.
In Ao Nang, a good hotel on the beach is the Holiday Inn Resort for less than 2.000 baht.
There are several Airbnb apartments in Krabi and Ao Nang from 600 baht for a simple room to 3.000 baht for a villa with a pool.
• Food: Plenty of small restaurants and street food vendors selling delicious dishes for 50-100 Baht.
There are also buffet restaurants in hotels for 600-900 baht per person and independent foreign own restaurants with prices similar to the West.
Soft drinks are between 50-100 baht in most places. Wine it’s expensive and can cost up to 200 baht for a glass.
• Transportation: Simply hire motorbike taxis to go around for 50-100 bahts… Or rent a motorbike for 200 baht per day.
Tips & Tricks
